🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective item

The item is significantly different from the product description
📸 Important Conditions:

A clear unboxing video from the moment of package opening is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
💵 Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Only exchanges will be considered in eligible cases.

For prepaid orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

In case of stock unavailability, you may opt for:
