At Alora Jewel, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality anti-tarnish jewelry. Please read our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • The item is significantly different from the product description


📸 Important Conditions:

  • A clear unboxing video from the moment of package opening is mandatory for any return or exchange request.

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.


💵 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Only exchanges will be considered in eligible cases.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

  • In case of stock unavailability, you may opt for:

    • Exchange with another product

    • Credit coupon for future use

    • Refund (prepaid orders only)


🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Orders without valid unboxing proof


📝 How to Request a Return:

  1. Share your unboxing video and order ID with us via WhatsApp (+91-9737631380) or Email (alorajewel11@gmail.com).

  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

  3. After item inspection, exchange/refund will be processed.
